Who we are

1) WHO WE ARE

The Asociación España Libre de Drogas (Drug Free Spain) is an association of drug prevention and awareness about the dangers drugs; it is registered at the National Registry of Associations of the Ministry of Interior. It is addressed mainly to public between 13 and 20 years of age. although also covers all the spectrum of society: associations, organizations, companies etc. and a very important sector: parents.

FDFE logoThe Asociación España Libre de Drogas is an indepdentent and non profit association, member of the Foundation for a Drug Free Europe, and acts as the spanish delegation for the Foundation for a Drug Free World whose international offices are located in Los Ángeles, California, with branches all over the world. The programs carried out are recognized for reducing the consumption of drugs meaningfully in over a million children on school age.

The Asociación España Libre de Drogas is developing proyects all over Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, Bilbao, Vitoria and Andalucia, and are working with governments, organiztions and groups with the common purpose of educating on the adverse effects of drugs.

The Foundation for a Drug Free Europe is member of the Vienna NGO Committee on Drugs and Narcotics. Its purpose is to support the tasks from United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC).

The Foundation for a Drug Free Europe has been selected by the European Commission to be a member of the Civil Society Forum on Drugs at the European Union.
